Use this form to notify us of a change of address. We will send the next issue of your newsletter to your new address.

You can even receive our newsletters if you live outside the UK, though there will be an additional postage charge. Please contact our Customer Services department for more information.

Please mention this number when contacting Indicator - FL Memo Ltd. This will allow us to answer your questions quickly. Your subscriber number was sent to you at the start of your subscription and is also printed on the envelope containing your newsletter (directly above your address).
You've not received your newsletter…
Summer and Christmas periods
During the summer and Christmas periods our publishing schedule is amended. Details of the next issue to be published will be included on the front page of your newsletter.
Problems with delivery
If your newsletter is not arriving on time please contact us. We will do our very best to solve the problem.
Forgotten to pay
We might have cancelled your subscription because we have not received your payment. If this is the case, please forward your payment and we will send the missing issues.
Ordering missing issues…
If you are missing a newsletter issue from your paid subscription, we will send it to you free of charge. Contact our Customer Services department. Don't forget to mention your subscriber number, the title, year and issue of the missing newsletter.
Ordering a ring-binder…
Use this form to order a ring-binder to file your newsletters.
Start of a subscription…
We process every subscription immediately. A newsletter subscription starts with the first issue following your order. The invoice and ring-binder will be sent to you separately by post.
Renewing your subscription…
We will send you an invoice for a new subscription year. If you pay this promptly, your subscription will be renewed without interruption.
Subscriber discount…
If you already have an active subscription, you're entitled to a discount when you order a book or Special Report or to a first-year discount on each extra subscription, unless otherwise stated. There's only one condition: the extra subscription should have the same delivery and invoice address as the first one. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Special offers for newsletters…
3-month free trial offers of digital newsletters:
After 3 months of free trial you decide, without any obligation whatsoever, whether to take out a 1-year subscription. In order to guarantee uninterrupted access you will receive an invoice. Pay it immediately and your subscription will continue without missing an issue. But if you don’t want to continue, simply ignore the invoice.
This offer can be only taken once.
6-month special subscription offers of newsletters:
After 6 months you decide, without any obligation whatsoever, whether to continue your subscription for another 6 months. In order to continue receiving your paper issue and have uninterrupted access you will receive an invoice. Pay it immediately and your subscription will continue without missing an issue. But if you don’t want to continue, simply ignore the invoice. Please note that if you previously had a paid-for subscription, this offer is not available.
This offer can be only taken once.
14 days to reconsider…
You have up to 14 days after receipt of the first issue of your newsletter, to cancel. You can do this by phone, e-mail, post or fax. You must return your order to us in its original packaging within 14 days. You are responsible for delivery charges.
Payment…
When you subscribe to a newsletter we will always send you an invoice. This means that you do not have to pay immediately. Payment methods are detailed on the reverse of the invoice. If you pay online, you will receive an invoice confirming your payment.

Useful information concerning all our publications can be found on this website. In your shopping basket, we repeat the most important details of your order. The prices stated don't include VAT. UK delivery is always included.

Start of a subscription…
We process every subscription immediately. An online subscription usually starts upon ordering, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery period…
We will process your order immediately. If there are any problems, we will contact you immediately. The invoice will be sent together with the publication.
Payment…
When you subscribe to an online product or you order a publication, we will always send you an invoice. This means that you do not have to pay immediately. Payment methods are detailed on the reverse of the invoice. If you pay online, you will receive an invoice confirming your payment.
Tax deductible…
The cost of an order may well be tax deductible. If in doubt, speak with your accountant.

Returning a Memo book…
Our Customer Services department can arrange for a courier to collect your Memo book free of charge. Please keep the receipt the courier will give you in case any problems occur.
If for any reason the courier fails to pick up the book at the agreed time and place, please contact our Customer Services department who will re-arrange a pick up.
Invoices will be credited within 2 weeks of the Memo book(s) being returned. A credit note will be issued to you if requested. Your login will be disabled.
Whilst your order passes through our returns process, please disregard any reminders you may receive.
